The extensive breakfast buffet costs € 35.00 per person.
Children from 0 years up to and including 6 years do not pay for breakfast.
Children from 7 years up to and including 12 years pay a reduced price of € 17.50
Persons aged 13 and over will pay the regular price of € 35.00.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. Please check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Sleeping arrangements
The 45 m² and 75 m² apartments accommodate up to four guests. Each has one double bed and one sofa bed for two people in the living room.

The 90 m² apartment accommodates up to six guests. It has one double bed, one sofa bed for two people in the living room, and another sofa bed for two people in a separate office room with a door.

Additional rollaway beds are not available. If you require separate sleeping arrangements, please inform us before arrival so that we can prepare the necessary sleeping spaces.

Baby cot and high chair
Please inform us before arrival if you require a baby cot or a high chair. For hygiene reasons, the baby cot is provided without bedding. Please bring your own baby bedding.

Bed linen and towels
For stays of seven days or longer, fresh bed linen and towels are available on request.

Cleaning
For stays of 28 days or longer, one complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included.

Additional cleaning services can be booked at the guest’s expense at the following prices per cleaning:
– Apartment A (45 m²): €60
– Apartment B (75 m²): €70
– Apartment C (90 m²): €80

Cleaning appointments are arranged in consultation with our housekeeping team.

Parking
Six free private parking spaces are available at Graebestraße 16, subject to availability. They are marked 57–62 (1–6). Parking spaces cannot be reserved or booked, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Please park considerately within the marked bays.

Additional free parking is available on Leuschnerstraße.

Parking in the inner courtyard is prohibited. These spaces are privately owned, and unauthorised vehicles may be towed away.

An electric vehicle charging facility is located across the street at Hotel René Bohn.

Invoice
Your invoice will be sent automatically after check-out to the booker’s email address provided at the time of booking. A separate request is not necessary.
