1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their place of residence at URBN Prime Living.

3. Smoking (including e-cigarettes, shishas, ​​tobacco heaters, joints, cigars, etc.), parties and excessive noise are not allowed (quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and all day on Sundays and public holidays), not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).
Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards or remote controls.
8. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments and video surveillance may be present in public areas. Deactivating or removing security systems such as routers, Nuki Smart-Lock, Nuki Bridge and decibel meters is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the booking and additional fees.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.
10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all damages, fees, costs or expenses resulting from this. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.In dieser Unterkunft sind weder Junggesellen-/Junggesellinnenabschiede noch ähnliche Feiern erlaubt.
