Important Occupancy Policy: Only the number of people specified in the booking may stay overnight in the accommodation. Overnight stays by individuals (including overnight day guests) exceeding the booked number of people without the landlord's prior consent are prohibited. In case of non-compliance, the host reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice or to charge a special fee of €100 per additional person per night, retroactively for the entire booking period. Furthermore, the primary tenant is liable for all damages and additional costs incurred due to over-occupancy.

Occupancy exceeding the maximum permitted number of 3 people for this accommodation is prohibited for fire safety reasons and applicable insurance regulations.
